Amateur Photo Shoot of Tyler

Warning: This is a lot of pictures and is meant for those that like to look at pictures of a cute baby. So here is Tyler.

Kate wanted to take pictures with her camera too.

I think Tyler didn't know what to think about that.

Then Kate decided that Tyler needed a good lick. She loves licking, mostly me and Ty.

Scared Tyler?

Tummy time.

A picture of Kate's baby getting tummy time.

Tyler didn't have the best position.

Who does Kate smile like?

The following pictures are us trying to get a good shot of Tyler's hair. It is a light brown with a hint of red. You can't really see it though.

My little family

These are random pictures we took, mostly of Kate and Ty. Here Kate is ready for church. She has her backpack and purse full of toys. She was able to handle going with just me the first couple times but then she needed her mommy by the end of sacrament meeting.

Here is our Tyler.

And my little family.

Visits from the Grandparents - Part 2

Sorry for the long delay in posts. My computer wouldn't turn on and needed to be taken into the shop and life is too busy to stay at the school computer lab to post.

So as Jen's parents drove to Provo to see Dan on their way home, my parents were driving up. They stopped and picked up Lyss and Bella and came up to Logan. Here is Bella and Tyler.

Tyler was one little guy. He has fattened up a bit since then (pictures to come).

Don't those legs look long. Cross your fingers.

Kate had so much fun having grandparents at our home for so long. She loved having someone to take her to the park and zoo everyday.

I thought this was so cute with her doll.

And then she ran off to do something else.

Story on my mom's shirt. My parents were at a store and they asked someone a question and the guy said that he would answer only if she took the shirt off. He was of course joking but people up here really do feel that way. My mom says she got tons of looks walking around with it on.

Here is our little Tyler.

Visits from the Grandparents - Part 1

When Tyler was born, Diane came up. Greg flew up a couple weeks later. He came up to Logan with Grandma Barnes and Teresa came up with Greg to see the new baby. It was so busy that we forgot to take any pictures. On Sunday we took a trip up to Downey, ID. If you don't know where that is, you aren't alone. Get on main street in Logan and head north. Stay on that for a while, pass Preston, ID (where Napoleon Dynamite was filmed) and go a bit more. It is fun. Greg's Uncle Lavern and and Aunt Linda live up there and they fed us a great Sunday dinner. The dinner contained corn on the cob that was picked just before we ate it, to we took Kate out after to see where the corn grows.

Greg picked an ear.

Kate really thought about it. Then she said, "Throw it in the patch." As a disclaimer we may have talked about going out the the corn patch. But still I was shocked.

We then went to the cemetery to see Greg's dad's new headstone, although everyone was interested in Diane's iPhone.

Kate was very interested in the headstone, mostly the horse.

Here is the view at the cemetery.

It was a little chilly so Kate put her sweater on. I thought she looked cute.
