Sad News of our Prophet

For anyone who has not heard for whatever reason, President Hinckley died today. Very sad news. Being that President Hinckley is really the only President of the Church that Jen or I have been aware of, it is really sad for us. We will really miss him. We are happy though that his separation from his wife has now come to an end.

Happy 85th Grandma Goldthorpe

Jen's Grandma Goldthorpe recently turned 85 and Jen thought up this cute picture. We would each hold a number or "!" and send the picture to her Grandma. Well, with no one around, we put the camera on a timer on the kitchen counter. Here are the results of our adventure.






This is the one that was sent to her Grandma. Katelynn isn't holding the picture, but we thought that would be the best we could hope for that night.


I know a woman's age is a scary thing but I think that when you reach a certain point, you have to celebrate longevity. I think she is one special and awesome 85 year old.
